I have also experienced the same issue when not logging out, not being able to access it unless I log out first. Today it was saying unable to connect to the server. After trying multiple times it finally connected. Now it is saying incorrect username or password and I can't get in! When clearly I am using the correct credentials. Frustrating when it isn't reliable.
Needs some tweaks. It doesn't make any sense to have lights that will show on the color changing mode but then not be able to turn them on individually. I'd really like to turn on just red sometimes but I can't.
It was well worth the money to automate our pool/Jacuzzi system. We can be on our way home from Vegas or out to dinner and decide that going in the Jacuzzi would be a good thing, and when we get home the Jacuzzi is hot and waiting for us.
Worked fine, but now it is stuck on the firmware update screen.
It works but needs improvement. You need to figure out a way to move the stuff that's on the web version into the app. I find the web version not very user friendly. For example, my program is not operating correct and I can't get into it on the web version to see if it somehow changed. I can log into the web version fine, just can't see the details of the program. All of this should be available on the app.
Fairly easy system to use, been up and running for 1.5 years with no issues
Has an annoying bug for me. If I close the app without logging out, when I open it a few hours later, I can't access my chlorinator. I gets stuck on the spinner. So I close it again, open, logout, and log back in. I think some sort of authentication token gets timed out, but the app tries to use it anyhow.
Awesome and easy to use app, follow the prompts and away it goes. Clean the pool from your lounge suite.
Its worth getting the app control for the pool equipment.
