While this app has some basic functionality, the technology is seriously lagging. It was like this app was designed 10 years ago or something.

I am pretty sure the complaints are due to the device being too far from their Wifi. ours is right out the window and this has worked great for over a year.

the UI can be awkward and I wish they had customization for lighting but it does the job well.
