    The app only supports Alex integration, but it would be nice if it supported Google Assistant integration as well. Also, if a skill could be added for each switch to turn it on or off at a certain time. Also, the app is laggy and could use some improvements. It would be nice if there was an option for a cut-off time when the spa and spa heater are turned off automatically in case the user accidentally leaves it on throughout the night.

    I had issues initially however I called and the rep took his time, over an hour and it now works pretty good.

    Love the ability to view and control equipment remotely. Since last update, the app has trouble reconnecting. I found that if I back all the way out each time I quit it reconnects more reliably. Would be nice to customize the app device screens rather than having to enter the web side to make certain adjustments.

    Having trouble with the app initially loading, but then freezing and unable to load. I must force close the app to get it to launch successfully. Android 10

    Was 5 stars until they updated the app. Now it's pretty bland

    Update: 5/22/20 - The new version is much improved. Very snappy and functional. Good job y'all! ----------- What happened to the app? Buggy update??? It was fine and very responsive and now it keeps disconnecting whenever I push any button. This is ridiculous!!! We paid a lot of money for this equipment that includes this app and we can't even use it now!
