Very pleased. I upgraded my system to the IQ-2.0 RS mostly so I could access it online and have not been disappointed. Yes, the app fails to launch sometimes but I've never been unable get it to work. I love being able to tinker with my system from my phone, tablet, or computer. Sure beats using the control pad on the wall! Best pool upgrade yet.

Crashes a lot. "Oops, something went wrong" is not what I'd call a helpful error message. OTOH, when it connects, it's not bad at all, and a big improvement over the early 2019 version.

Very unstable. Frequent offline like almost daily! So I turn my cleaner on beyond its schedule time. Then when I want to turn it off the application stops connecting and goes offline. Now I have to go in the rain to my controller and turn it to Service mode. I will then have to remember to turn it back to Auto mode the next day. Very frustrating and unstable application. Follow up: It seems to be working now and that's why I moved it to 3 stars.

Just opened my pool for the season and the app says "offline" I was up all night trying to reset it. And it doesn't engage. An update to my original 1 star rating and comment: I had to disconnect everything, clear it all out, and after 1 hour of constant reconnecting and basically starting over again as if it was a new system I finally got everything linked. The App is a little antiquated but great when it works so I'll increase the rating to 3 stars. Let's hope it continues to work.
