I was looking for a local PT to help build up strength, fitness and confidence following some health issues and came across ICE Fitness. Lea is a friendly face and has made me want to get up at 6.30am and put my exercise gear on, something I never wanted to do in the past. Lea adapts sessions and keeps them interesting. We have good chats and Lea gives great nutrition and lifestyle advice at the same time. I am a slow work in progress but we are getting there gradually.
