i took two rescue kittens in yesterday to get their weight and general health checked up ! i didn't get the veterinarians name but she was so sweet and patient and the kittens were remarkably comfortable being checked out by her đź’› thank you so much !!Â

Staff all very friendly and I believe the operation went fine. Communication very good. I have removed a star because I did not like being given the option of “extras” during her op, which I have no idea if she needs them or not. Extra blood tests? Extra saline? How would I know what is best? I figured it was a way for the vets to earn extra money (which I didn’t like, felt taken advantage of) so I declined the extras, but then worried during the op that maybe she wasn’t being treated properly as a result of me not choosing ... read more

My dog is a nervous boy but he never is here at the vets. He needed nails cutting as I’ve been in and out of hospital and didn’t have time to help him. However, 2 lovely ladies looked after him and he wasn’t disappointed. They cut his long nails for me and he was a happy boy without tapping nails on the floor as he left! I’m so pleased for him. Thanks ladies for your help.Â

The experience was very good. Katherine, the Vet, was brilliant as always. I feel my pets are in trusted hands with her. The nurse that helped on the day was brilliant too. The only issue was the big shock at the price of the flea & tick treatment - ÂŁ23 per tablet!!!Â
