The vet was very thorough and gentle with our cat, Óscar.

Only a booster injection, so I was in/out quite quickly
Receptionists and vets very helpful. Good facilities for calm waiting - our cat liked being on a high, secure feeling shelf, sheltered from dogs! Friendly service, and the vets are calm and kind with the animals and their humans.
The vet was kind and thorough and gave us plenty of time. She was good with my young dog, gentle and calming.
