Elsie was spayed yesterday, the staff were so caring with her and explained the after care perfectly

Very professional and helpful .. my cat needed extra surgery which they did not charge for as was not expecting it .. very good after care
Staff polite and efficient. I have a very awkward cat who I took to get her nails clipped and they succeeded! Well done, I know it wasn’t easy! All our pets have been coming here for years, just awkward to get to now some through roads have been blocked and very tight parking
