It was efficient. I got there with the dog a bit early, was called at the right time, the treatment offered has been effective. I don't use fulsome terms like 'loved it' to describe getting value for money. Since I'm paying for it, I can reasonably hope for a competent vet and adequate support staff and I'm happy to report that this is what I got.

The Vets , Nurses and support staff are always so friendly and helpful. I always feel comfortable and confident that they will look after my pooch the best they can. I honestly could not ask for more. They genuinely care for my pet and give her the best care so that she can live her best life. Thank you team.

I prefer someone doing my dogs toenails. He just won’t let me do them at all. The young lady was exceptional. She was on the floor with Jake and me to cut his nails. But I have tried many times to do his. Being a Nail Technician still doesn’t count with Jake. Maybe one day. However, I’m very very grateful.

Very happy got to see someone quickly Tania very clear … The only thing is I was offered an appointment at 10 asked for an earlier one if possible fitted me in at 9am didn’t realise I would be paying as an emergency …I phoned as soon as you opened at 8.30 I should have been told it would be an extra cost to be fitted in .
