All staff was very pleasant to me, including Dr Pollack! They also took great measures to insure us all safe from Covid germs. I was very impressed.

My greatest satisfaction was that my optometrist was able to schedule an expedited appointment with the doctor, only a 3-day wait, counting a weekend. This was important, as my problem had appeared rather suddenly and I was very concerned. On the day of my appointment, I was able to see the doctor within a reasonable period within my scheduled time. The doctor is very professional -- this visit was merely a follow-up exam and he found no problems, so it was quick. In previous visits, he carefully explained what he saw and we had frank discussions as to what I could do to self-treat. Somewhat a long waiting time to see him, but that was probably due to my having one of the first appointments of the day, when the office was just beginning to function.
