Dr Pollack had to preform emergency surgery on my right eye when the retina detached in February 2015. I feel fortunate that he was the doctor that preformed the operation because he was able to save my vision. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He's is very kind and patient when you talk with him, and his staff is friendly too. Excellent Doctor!
Rude and condescending. I am amazed that there are so many positive reviews. I switched to Dr. Civantos after a few visits with him. More than once, he suggested that I am free to go to another retina specialist. One reply was "What's your point?" He kept me waiting in the examining room for 30 minutes while he talked to two salesmen. (I could hear them in an adjoining room.).
