My care is ongoing. They are doing everything I could ask for. The office and medical staff are VERY careful about the Co-vid-19 situation and I am not concerned about it there. Overall I am very satisfied.

Visit was very good. Dr Pollack is very professional and cares about his patients. I take my elderly father for eye injections, and are pleased to have Dr Pollack & his staff care for my dad. Many elderly patients have walkers, canes& wheelchairs, the doctors &staff are kind & patient with them. Thanks.

I have been talking with Dr.John Pollack after reading his informative article in Retina News for more than 2 months and i can unequivocally say that he truly wants to help people get the best ophthalmic help that they need for any conditions, In my case i have a Macular Hole. and i live in Toronto, Canada but he has truly helped me in making some right choices with no reward other than the fact that he has guided me to be the best of his ability when he has not even seen images of my Retina. Top notch doctor. I have been his patient for 11 years. I feel fortunate to have such a brilliant doctor available to me. In my times of need, he patiently explained all my options and I never felt rushed. He is also VERY good at injections into the eye and is able to minimize the pain as much as possible. In addition, when I have encountered emergency situations, he is able to accommodate seeing me urgently Highly recommend him as a retinal specialist!
Dr Pollack helped me through a detach retina...and gave me my sight back. He answered all my many questions and his steadiness and confidence helped me cope through a pretty tough situation. I will never forget how he met me on a Sunday in his office and completed a procedure after one of many retina tears...he was not on call that day and could have easily had me go downtown to the doctor on call. He is a highly skilled practitioner and the kind of doctor that goes out of his way to help.
