The whole team was great! Everything went very smoothly and relatively quickly. Israel and Perry specifically were excellent. They were friendly, courteous, professional and also had us laughing. I called the OC Nissan Irvine and spoke with their Sales Manager, Perry Koster. I explained to him that I wanted to lease an Altima for my daughter, and how much I was willing to spend. I went to return some spark plugs for a previous car, and I just got news that the car I drove in was not going to work for me anymore. Not smoggable and had to replace the engine. So new car it is. The salesman and sales manager were extremely helpful with explaining the vehicle. They were friendly and answered all of our questions. They stayed with us throughout the entire process and we were there for 7 hours! I would not only recommend the vehicle but the salesman/sales manager
We leased 2 vehicles and were very pleased with the process. They worked with us to get the right model cars that we were looking for and got us a good price for our trade-ins. One of the vehicles they had to find first and then get it from another dealer, which they did. In general an overall very good experience.
We purchased a new 2012 Altima on 2-10-12 and I have to say that Perry Koster, Sales Mgr., was very knowledgable, polite, and sincere. He helped us through our selection/financing process every step of the way. OC Nissan is lucky to have him as an employee!
