Rick was very nice and professional as my customer service advisor, however it took 7 hours to do the repair! This was unreasonable. This is my second Nissan Leaf ( first one I kept for 10 years) and I’ve had lots of repairs at your dealership and nothing was as ridiculous as this. So Nissan needs to correct this ASAP!
