I went to grab breakfast this morning and realized I had a flat tire. I had my Nissan Ariya towed to Nissan of Irvine where I was greeted by a super helpful employee who told me where to leave my car until the Service Drive opens up on Monday morning. Not only that, when I went inside, Randy was ready for me and took care of me until my car is fixed. Ron and his team at Nissan of Irvine are the best! I won’t go anywhere else.

Friendly customer service. I didn’t wait long for the mechanic. I didn’t have to request a quick car wash. It was already washed. The newly remodeled waiting lobby looked aesthetically comfortable. Lots of tables and chairs to do some work on your laptop. I ran into some familiar faces I remember at the service parts counter from last inquiry on parts. I like the text alert with pictures and video of inspections and work. I dislike the new 3% credit card charge and the requirement to bring in whatever discounts you receive from them by email. All offers, coupons and incentives should be visible on my digital account.
