Friendly customer service. I didn’t wait long for the mechanic. I didn’t have to request a quick car wash. It was already washed. The newly remodeled waiting lobby looked aesthetically comfortable. Lots of tables and chairs to do some work on your laptop. I ran into some familiar faces I remember at the service parts counter from last inquiry on parts. I like the text alert with pictures and video of inspections and work. I dislike the new 3% credit card charge and the requirement to bring in whatever discounts you receive from them by email. All offers, coupons and incentives should be visible on my digital account.

I purchased my Nissan Sentra from Nissan of Irvine 2 years ago and my experience was very good and since then I go there for my service. I fully trust them with my vehicle. From sales to service I have never had a better experience and I recommend them to anyone looking for good old fashioned service with courtesy, fair pricing and overall quality far superior to any other service out there.

I recently had an outstanding experience with Nissan Irvine. After getting a flat tire, I contacted Nissan Roadside Assistance, which quickly arranged to have my car taken to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by John, as usual, who made me feel right at home. Initially, the technician informed me that replacing the tire would cost around $300 since I was still within the grace period. This experience with Nissan of Irvine has been the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a new car. I called up Nissan Irvine, and spoke with Keith who is the sales/finance manager and explained my credit situation to him over the phone. He gave me a straight up answer and said that he could get me what I wanted so I went down there sake he ran my credit in 10 minutes later he said you’re approved or exactly what you want and exactly the price you want.
