Sad to leave! Had to move out of Indian Ridge due to general life reasons, but I wasn't ready to go! I would absolutely live at Indian Ridge again. I'll miss the the central location near stores, my gym, restaurants and the Duck Creek Trail. The wide open green spaces and easily accessible apartments, combined with the balconies and ample storage made for a great experience.

Would Live Here Again I loved living here!! Would still be living there if I hadn’t had a change in work assignments. The apartments are kept clean and pest free. Common areas are kept up and in good repair. Very quiet for the amount of units present. Maintenance staff is always on duty and responds to issues professionally and promptly. Office staff is friendly and great at answering questions and helping with opportunities. Great place I moved to Iowa for grad school from out of state. Indian Ridge worked with me to quickly get me a place and get all the paperwork signed. My apartment was wonderful and maintenance always responded quickly. The management team was always very nice and helpful. This was my first apartment alone and it was great. The price is really good for the quality of the apartment and facilities at the complex. I would highly recommend this place for college students (they have a discount) and honestly anyone in general. The... read more

Moving in from out of state and lovin it! I have nothing but good things to say about this complex and it’s staff. I moved to Davenport from out of state and Keyshona was the first person I spoke to who showed me around the complex. I really liked the complex yet I did look at others. I felt that Indian ridge was a really good deal at a good price so I worked hard to get everything together and I went for it. Surprisingly quiet for apartment living Just moved in, staff has been super helpful. The buildings are surprisingly quiet for apartment living. So far no complaints

Review after 2 years It would of been a 5 star review if not for a couple issues. The “no smoking” policy is definitely not enforced. Several times we contacted the office and even sent in photos of people hanging out in front of the doors smoking and nothing was done. The fridge in our apartment went out, we lost hundreds of dollars in food, was told to send in a list and they would work with us for damages. That was the last I heard even after the list was sent and several calls made. The last was an air conditioner that w... read more

Thank you for your four star review. We do enforce our no smoking policy and appreciate hearing from residents when there is smoking in the building so we can stop the problem. We also reimburse residents if they lose food due to a refrigerator malfunction. If you would like to contact us again, we are happy to look into it if you still have your food receipts. Great Move in Experience For my first apartment and the first time out on my own I have to say that Indian Ridge was a positive experience for me. The staff are very helpful and with their regulations along with 24 hour on site maintenance I have peace of mind when I enter my apartment each night. Highly recommend for first time movers!
