Review after 2 years It would of been a 5 star review if not for a couple issues. The “no smoking” policy is definitely not enforced. Several times we contacted the office and even sent in photos of people hanging out in front of the doors smoking and nothing was done. The fridge in our apartment went out, we lost hundreds of dollars in food, was told to send in a list and they would work with us for damages. We also reimburse residents if they lose food due to a refrigerator malfunction. If you would like to contact us again, we are happy to look into it if you still have your food receipts. Great Move in Experience For my first apartment and the first time out on my own I have to say that Indian Ridge was a positive experience for me. The staff are very helpful and with their regulations along with 24 hour on site maintenance I have peace of mind when I enter my apartment each night. Highly recommend for first time movers!

Loved Living Here I lived there for 6 years and the only reason I left was because I moved out of state. Great staff. Helpful and friendly. Maintenance does a very good job. Cleaning people do a very good job also. Secured building made it safe. No complaints from me. Will miss living there.

Best of the Best Excellent on everything! No smoking policy, peaceful surroundings, secured apartments, staff’s are friendly, they do their job unlike other apartments. Everything you need to an apartment are here!

Quiet Indian Ridge Apartments were quiet and reasonable priced for the area. Maintenance was quick when needed, and only entered the apartment if a notice was placed on the door well in advance. I lived there for just over 2 years and had little to no issues with other residents and the staff. Biggest complaint I had was that the property was a smoke free area, but my neighbors were always partaking in smoking Marijuana and nothing was done about it. Great Choice My husband and I recently moved from out of state. The staff was AMAZING at getting us in quickly and always responded very fast. Location is nice because you can get anywhere quickly. Also, the apartment was spotless when we moved in. We tried to clean it and couldn't get any dirt or grime up off of the floors or surfaces because there was none!
