I really wouldn’t. DONT RENT HERE! Their business practices are shady and underhanded, and they don’t communicate everything that needs communicated. When you leave they will charge you whatever they want and they refuse to show any proof of damage that was supposedly left by you. Their list of charges they give you before you hand in your keys, the list that tells you what needs cleaned, is not complete, and they honestly will do what they want without any prewarning. Our maintenance staff and contractors work hard to fix any resident issues in a complete and timely way. In addition to the move out charge sheet, we offer pre-moveout walk-throughs so residents understand our cleaning expectations. We have garages for rent and encourage residents to report any illegal parking.
Don't fall for their tricks Our apt was not fully cleaned or functional. There was a wasp's nest out side our porch door, and the kitchen sink and shower both leaked. Maintainer took there sweet time fixing the problems and failed to fix the sink the first go around. They messed up our lease and couldn't get the price right at all. The employee's are incompetent to say the least. Very disappointing, do not recommend at all.

no pets allowed seems if you have pets you have to pay an out landish price just to bring them. then its pet rent in addition to your regular rent. thanks but no thanks

Thank you for review. We welcome cats and certain caged pets at Indian Ridge. We do require a pet deposit and additional pet rent so that when pets cause damage, we are able to replace carpets and repair damage to ensure the next residents receive a clean and well maintained apartment.
