Meh The staff was great, the apartments themselves were average. Even the supposedly updated apartment I had wasn’t anything special and was not worth the extra Monthly fee. They are without any mercy if you have life plans that suddenly change and you need to move so don’t expect any leeway on getting out of your lease without forking over an unreasonable mountain of cash.

Good I have lived here for about 6 months now in a garden level apartment. Pros: Relatively quiet, affordable, I always get parking right outside my building, outside doors now should have locks on them (as of 1/16/19), non-smoking (although it does smell like it in the halls once in a while), two washers and dryers for laundry (on 2nd and 3rd floor) available to me without actually going outside Cons: can always hear neighbor above me walking, lots of spiders (even after notifying the office and being sprayed multiple times... read more

Nice Maintenance is very nice and helpful. Did come into with a few problems when first moved in, sliding door lock didn't work and AC was broken. But we called and they fixed the door the same day, and they ordered us a new AC unit. Everyone was very friendly and explained why those things didn't work and fixed them as soon as possible. Also the Office staff always has a bright smile on their faces and are always very helpful.

Luv It I have been so impressed with Indian Ridge Apartments. Very professional staff who are eager to help. Upon moving in, my apartment was VERYclean. I am thrilled with the space. It is very quiet and well cared for. The appliances were clean and functional. If there was a grade higher than A I would give that to Indian Ridge.

Quiet, Clean, Well Maintained Maintaince Staff quick to fix any problems, answer any questions, 30 minutes or less to fix any problems I've had. Halls and laundry room cleaned twice weekly, buildings are old school, built in 1978 very quiet can't hear your neighbors, when I moved in apartment was spotless, ice cold ac, staff is quick to solve any problems, easy package pickup, brand new pool, tennis courts, and exercise facility. We were happy there These is among the less expensive apartment complexes. It is a great location. Apartment living always has its downside, but I'd return if I ever needed an apartment again. The office staff was great. They were always very helpful. Service requests were taken care of within 24 hours. One 90+ degree night we got home late to find our AC was out. Not Worth The Stress Lived there about a year. The place overall is fine nothing special about it really. Picked it mostly for the cheaper cost and the proximity to work. Worked well for me for a year and one girl there was really nice so it was fine. Getting in was terrible they made a mistake or confusion on when my insurance was supposed to start refused to admit and let me into my apartment or compensate for the WEEK they wouldn't let me in when I finally got in everything was fine has carpets which I knew but are never ... read more
