Good people, reasonable prices for their services. We switched to them due to other "care" animal hospital places that try to take you for every dollar that they can, glad we did. So far so good, each time we go there we have no complaints...
Dr Jeff and the rest of the staff has been wonderful. We were shown some of the best care for our dog, but they also care about the community and will be donating vaccines. To me, that's just an added benefit. We recently moved to the area and as our old dogs health has been failing, we decided on Indian Tree. Unfortunately, we found out it was heart failure. Long time customer - I love the Vets and the Techs here, they do care about the animals and it is apparent. The main reason I give a low rating is that they appear to be overcharging significantly for services. Be ready to manage their upselling and look into other places to buy and test.. Had a fur baby who got a UTI, I could tell clearly that a UTI was the probable cause. I started out really liking this vet. But lately that has changed. Tonight my dog had a tech appointment and was denied service after driving 30 minutes each way. Prior to the appointment, the front desk called me 3x and never mentioned a wellness exam necessity. Instead of a decent response, the front desk woman shrugged and said oh well they all left. Very disappointed with my experience at Indian Tree. This was my first visit that came as a recommendation from a client of mine. For starters, my particular vet seemed disinterested from the start. It was like pulling teeth to get information and recommendations. She heavily encouraged a tooth cleaning, stating how bad of condition they were in. We are generally pretty happy with the Doctors and Technicians at Indian Tree, but the front desk experience needs some work. Whoever is in charge of the office management/ordering seems to have a hard time understanding inventory management to ensure enough prescription dog food stays in-stock to accommodate everyone who requires RX food for their dog. Every time I need dog food they are out of stock and "waiting on an order" but can never seem to say exactly when an order will be in. Even when I pre-pay and order a week... read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR BELOVED ANIMALS HERE! They severely and grossly overcharge for services. I brought my dog in 3 times with strange symptoms, I was told, he's just getting older, they charged me $200 each time and sent me on my way with zero info or testing. shortly after I have to take my dog to the emergency vet because he's in critical condition. turns out he has cushings disease that was identified by the emergency vet. It's a snowy day. Three car crashes on the way there. Puppy in the car who needs his shots so he can safely spend time outside. I show up 4 minutes past their grace period. Turn me to the door no hesitation. Their policy is their policy obviously I'm not asking for exception but just want to let it be known that if you want any level of customer service or some empathic understanding don't bother with this place or these people.
