Dr. Jeff Baier is an outstanding vet. He understands the animals and literally gets down on their level to meet and greet them. I have taken Max in for a Lepto vacine as well as getting Max neutered. He listens to the humans as well as the animals. I will be moving to Evergreen, yet I will make the trip back to Arvada so that Max can see Dr. Jeff for his exams. It is well worth the effort. That being said all of the staff at Indian Tree Animal Hospital is friendly and knowledgable. A great place to take your animal.

These people are beyond wonderful! I have never met more caring people any where - ever. You are doing yourself an injustice if you take your pets somewhere else. Trust me.

This clinic has been very helpful and easy to work with. My dog has been a patient for 5 years now and we love it. We never feel rushed and dr leechman and biers have been very informative. The clinic has convenient hours and friendly front desk staff.

After paying over 400.00 for more tests, obtained arthritic meds on my own. Came in with medication and needle and was charged 57.00 for the vet asst. to inject the medication. This is a money hungry vet clinic.

Long time customer - I love the Vets and the Techs here, they do care about the animals and it is apparent. The main reason I give a low rating is that they appear to be overcharging significantly for services. Be ready to manage their upselling and look into other places to buy and test.. Had a fur baby who got a UTI, I could tell clearly that a UTI was the probable cause. Called and asked if I could simply get a urinalysis and not visit the doctor as doctor visits are $80 regardless of how little it actually does. They to... read more

I started out really liking this vet. But lately that has changed. Tonight my dog had a tech appointment and was denied service after driving 30 minutes each way. Prior to the appointment, the front desk called me 3x and never mentioned a wellness exam necessity. Instead of a decent response, the front desk woman shrugged and said oh well they all left. Very disappointed with my experience at Indian Tree. This was my first visit that came as a recommendation from a client of mine. For starters, my particular vet seemed disinterested from the start. It was like pulling teeth to get information and recommendations. She heavily encouraged a tooth cleaning, stating how bad of condition they were in. We are generally pretty happy with the Doctors and Technicians at Indian Tree, but the front desk experience needs some work. Whoever is in charge of the office management/ordering seems to have a hard time understanding inventory management to ensure enough prescription dog food stays in-stock to accommodate everyone who requires RX food for their dog. Ridiculous pricing. Left after being a customer over 10 years. Vets and Vet Techs are great. Pricing is way out of hand
