First impression is wonderful of Indian Tree Animal Hospital!!!! I followed Dr. Russell from another office to this new location. So far, the service has been great. Front desk staff and tech was wonderful. Grateful to be able to stay with Dr. Russell (she is an amazing veterinarian for our furry babies) and try out a new office! I wouldn't take my dogs to any other vet than Dr. Russell. She is compassionate, caring, very knowledgeable, passionate about helping animals and has a calming presence for humans and dogs! :)
I recently switched vets and am so happy with the care I received at Indian tree. I have a very nervous chihuahua mix that does not do well with anyone, but the Dr. At Indian tree where able to do a whole physical just by using my dogs food motivation. I have never seen someone take so much time to gain a dogs trust like the doctors there. Most Dr. Just put a muzzle on him and man handle him. Needed a vet for my daughter's sick guinea pig. Found Indian Tree Animal Hospital and Dr. Baier. Was able to get an appointment the next day. All of the staff was kind and courteous. Dr. Baier was awesome with my daughter's furbabies, Moose and Gadget. His vet assistant was fantastic as well. They gave our sick little buddy some fluids, prescribed him some meds and a week later, I am happy to report, Moose is 100% better!! Dr. Baier is where I take my exotic birds. He is amazing, and not only that, but he has been a family friend for quite some time. I never feel rushed in his appointments, and he answers all questions and doesn't talk down to me like other doctors have. His experience is unparalleled compared to others. For my dogs, however, I go to Planned Pethood. Their costs are simply more affordable. If money were no issue, I would take all my animals to see him. I look forward to it every time!
My elderly cats were treated with kindness and compassion. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful; the technician and doctor listened to everything I said about my pets and presented results and treatment options in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend this animal hospital!
Dr. Jeff Baier is an outstanding vet. He understands the animals and literally gets down on their level to meet and greet them. I have taken Max in for a Lepto vacine as well as getting Max neutered. He listens to the humans as well as the animals. I will be moving to Evergreen, yet I will make the trip back to Arvada so that Max can see Dr. Jeff for his exams. It is well worth the effort. That being said all of the staff at Indian Tree Animal Hospital is friendly and knowledgable. A great place to take your animal.
These people are beyond wonderful! I have never met more caring people any where - ever. You are doing yourself an injustice if you take your pets somewhere else. Trust me.
This clinic has been very helpful and easy to work with. My dog has been a patient for 5 years now and we love it. We never feel rushed and dr leechman and biers have been very informative. The clinic has convenient hours and friendly front desk staff.
This review is really about Dr. Baier. When we first started going to him he was with another practice about 8 minutes away, but when he moved to Indian Tree so did we, even though it means a 50 minute drive.
