Although I was very upset about the reason for my service(girlfriend put diesel in gas tank), Bill's empathy for my situation made a huge difference. I do think labor was slightly overpriced, but it is an Infiniti after all and the level of service makes up for that. I also got my vehicle back faster than I expected and I really appreciated that.

I've had my G37 serviced at several different Infiniti dealerships in multiple states and Danny was the first service consultant to look at the plan in depth enough to provide me with the additional services I was allocated beyond the routine oil changes I had been receiving.
