"Bill's The Best! " Bill is always professional, prompt and explains everything that needs to be done clearly so I understand...never any surprises! My repair needed me to leave car behind but Bill provided me with a nice loaner that enabled me to go about my daily chores. Bill kept me updated on the status of the repair throughout the day. Car was serviced and I picked it up cleaner than when i dropped it off! Thanks Bill and Infiniti staff!
"Pleasant buying experience" The employees at the dealership worked their best to make our buying experience smooth and excellent. It took about 4 hours to drive off with the new car, but it was worth it.

"No car wash " Everything went quick. However, coming from south motors located in Miami, my car was always washed as a part of the service. I was disappointed that this did not happen here.

I never felt like I was being pressured , he was doing everything in his power to meet my budget and find me the exact car that met my needs. "Great customer service - very professional" Chris was very professional and helpful, arranging twice for an employee (Robert?) who was also very friendly and professional to take me to and pick me up from the airport when I needed a loaner at two different times during my repair.
