"Fix water leak from AC system" Every thing went smoothly from reception to completion. The repairs were completed as promised at the price quoted. The service associate who wrote up the repair order was very friendly and knowledgeable. No hard sell for unrequested work.
"great job" We had a great experience Work was completed in a timely fashion and car washed and we left The service person had the paper work ready when we got there and we were in and out
"Leasing s Q50" From the moment we entered the dealership everyone we worked with was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our salesman worked very hard to get us a great deal on the car I wanted!
"Second Infiniti - Q50 was the car for me." My Credit was a challenge by my own fault. However the team worked hard and make it happen. I would recommend Infiniti of PB to friends.
"All well but one thing" I usually get my car serviced at that particular dealership but this time I had a different experience. Every accommodation was up to par except for the fact that I have to drive back to the dealership to have my warning messages for maintenance reset, not particularly happy about that.
"Hope all my ventures here is this good" what ever you do please seek Danny if you want that 10 star service, radio trouble and services Danny had me in and out in no time
"Purchasing a new Car" The Sales man was very courteous and took care of me. The finance representative al took great care of me during the purchase. Although I was going through a though time with a prior purchase from infiniti , the salesman help ameliorate the situation.
"I have enjoyed working with Danny " Everything went well and quickly, I have enjoyed working with Danny as my service advisor and I will continue to request him as I move forward with maintenance on my vehicle.
"Great exerience" Nick was great. He got a car for me when the shuttle was going to be delayed. I.am very glad Nick is my advisor!!
