"Great Experience" I have owned an Infinity for about 8 years. I can't even tell you how many service reps that I have had. Anyway the one that I have now is Danny Solorzano. He is the best ,he goes above and beyond to take care of me. He makes it a very pleasant experience.

"Best Customer Service from Danny" Being frank.... Danny Solorzano is the only reason I come back to the dealership! He is curtious, extremely knowledgable and genuine. His professionalism and ability to be flexible to accomodate my schedule is unsupassed in another higher end dealership I have visited over the years.
"Good experience but a few glitches" I had a good experience but I am still waiting on my gift certificate for the service area. I also had to come back the next day to resign the paperwork because of a mistake but other than those two things it was good.

Our saleperson Max accepted the pricing immediately (no running to the manager), and the financing person came within .1 of meeting USAA so we took their financing.
