"g37, 1st time service" A total positive experience. Brought the vehicle in for an issue with a dashboard warning light. Had appointment with Nicholas. I was treated with extreme politeness. Very comfortable waiting room. The dashboard light was taken care of promptly. As I also needed tires and wanted to be economical, Nick suggested a brand and price that I was OK with and provided me a loaner car for a few hours while tires were installed. "Easy Car Buying Experience" We negotiated a fair price for the specific car we wanted with the internet Sales Manager. The website is very good and easy to use. The response was very quick using the website and internet sales. Once we arrived at the dealership the entire experience lasted only 2 hours. That included a test drive, paperwork with our sales person and all financial paperwork for our lease. Great group of people and beautiful new show room. Sales people, service and finance were fantastic.

"Great experience" My service representative always goes one step further to treat me like a VIP and give me quick service, done beautifully. The maintenance department is very organized and they make dropping off and picking up as smooth as possible. I am always pleased with the work that is done. Many times the wait time is shorter than expected. It couldn't be any less painless to maintain your car.
