"QX80 Oil Change" I have always dreaded getting my oil changed, because I always end up paying for 'extra things' I probably didn't need. When I bought my QX80, I made it a point to buy the Service Plan that covers my oil changes/tire rotation. Needless to say, when I go in for my oil change it is as painless as one can imagine. You drop your car off and sit in a very nice waiting area with bagels and coffee/espresso machine. You can watch TV or work on your laptop with the free WiFi. I only waited an hour. "Pleasant & Painless" Initially just went in for oil change & some recall issues, however, once I discussed needing new tires, my sales rep showed me how the dealer could provide the tires at a fair price...it wasn't a hard sell which i really appreciated.
"The problem wasn't fixed due to warranty issues " Bill was excellent. He always makes me feel welcomed and he is very efficient. I was hoping that the problem will be fixed because of corosion issues

"Great staff" My car was done quickly and ready quickly when I turned in my loaner car. Chris Tyson is super nice and easy to work with. He is one of the main reasons I keep going back!
"Very Satisfied" The Assistant Service Manager, Shawn Parton was very customer friendly and receptive to my needs. He was very accommodating and all work was done as promised and in less time than I expected.
"Accommodating " Danny was able to help all my needs I had and explain to me what I needed. My oil got changed and my gas door was fixed
"Very Nice Experience" I HAD to bring my 2 week old vehicle back in due to the center electrical console blacking out. Danny Solorzano was awesome. He kept me informed through the process. I got my car back 3 days earlier than expected.
