"Overall great experience" Very good overall experience. When picking up my vehicle, I had to wait for my assigned service advisor while she was with another customer. There appeared to be other advisors available who could have assisted me, enabling me to be out of the dealership a little faster. Other than that, my experience was great.

"Best customer service department by far of all I've used." My day always gets better when greeted by Candice. I always feel like my time is just as important as the dealerships time. We change our cars every 3-4 years and I will stay with Infinite as long as they continue to provide this kind of service.
