"Regular Service / New Brakes" Everything was handled in the time that was provided. Price was on point with what was quoted to me. Complimentary loaner while my brakes were replaced. Very kind staff, updates via cell phone call. No problems with this dealership or its staff.
"g37, 1st time service" A total positive experience. Brought the vehicle in for an issue with a dashboard warning light. Had appointment with Nicholas. I was treated with extreme politeness. Very comfortable waiting room. The dashboard light was taken care of promptly. As I also needed tires and wanted to be economical, Nick suggested a brand and price that I was OK with and provided me a loaner car for a few hours while tires were installed. "Great experience" My service representative always goes one step further to treat me like a VIP and give me quick service, done beautifully. The maintenance department is very organized and they make dropping off and picking up as smooth as possible. I am always pleased with the work that is done. Many times the wait time is shorter than expected. It couldn't be any less painless to maintain your car.
"March 13, 2015" It is always great to go to a dealership and not feel the pressure of taking on unnecessary maintenance costs. I am generally informed of my needs and I can schedule them when I am able too.

"it was a great service " Rep was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Services was very fast. Pricing for oil change was a little high. Overall I have been there two times and I was satisfied with both reps.
"Fix water leak from AC system" Every thing went smoothly from reception to completion. The repairs were completed as promised at the price quoted. The service associate who wrote up the repair order was very friendly and knowledgeable. No hard sell for unrequested work.
