"service, excellent, however something new in the car..." service, excellent, however something new in the car performance post service, may be a problem requiring a return visit to the dealership which would be very inconvenient

"Danny was very helpful in informing me about services..." Danny was very helpful in informing me about services included in a package I purchased with my car 5 years ago. I've had my G37 serviced at several different Infiniti dealerships in multiple states and Danny was the first service consultant to look at the plan in depth enough to provide me with the additional services I was allocated beyond the routine oil changes I had been receiving.

"I had several major service issues that needed to be..." I had several major service issues that needed to be addressed quickly as I had my car towed in. . Danny took me right in and gave me very practical and cost effective advice.. Then he got the work done timely and returned the car when he said he would. I very much appreciated Danny taking such good care of the issues and doing it in a cost effective manner. "Service representative Bill Diedwardo was extremely..." Service representative Bill Diedwardo was extremely helpful and very forthright in his explanation regarding the service we needed and was performed. We are winter residents and Bill remembered me although it has been almost one year since we had service. All in all a very positive experience.

"I was extremely pleased with the service delivery. ..." I was extremely pleased with the service delivery. Travis was on time for my scheduled appointment, he was responsive and returned all of my calls in a reasonable period of time. In addition, he was very patient and accomodating. I will definitely refer the location and Travis for his attention to client service.

"I recently purchased a new QX60 I brought it in for..." I recently purchased a new QX60 I brought it in for it's 1st oil change & also low tire pressure I had twice within the past week. As I was there I inquired about my transmission as it is quite different than my last vehicle. Gene answered my questions and more & was very knowledgeable and helpful. "Both Danny and Travis provided exceptional client..." Both Danny and Travis provided exceptional client service. Danny made sure all of the issues with the car were taken care and that I was able to get my loaner with ease. Travis went above and beyond the call of duty by dropping off the keys I left in the loaner. I appreciate his effort to do so.
