"Danny was very helpful in informing me about services..." Danny was very helpful in informing me about services included in a package I purchased with my car 5 years ago. I've had my G37 serviced at several different Infiniti dealerships in multiple states and Danny was the first service consultant to look at the plan in depth enough to provide me with the additional services I was allocated beyond the routine oil changes I had been receiving.

Danny took me right in and gave me very practical and cost effective advice.. Then he got the work done timely and returned the car when he said he would. Service representative Bill Diedwardo was extremely helpful and very forthright in his explanation regarding the service we needed and was performed. We are winter residents and Bill remembered me although it has been almost one year since we had service. All in all a very positive experience.

Travis was on time for my scheduled appointment, he was responsive and returned all of my calls in a reasonable period of time. In addition, he was very patient and accomodating. I will definitely refer the location and Travis for his attention to client service.
