Although I was very upset about the reason for my service(girlfriend put diesel in gas tank), Bill's empathy for my situation made a huge difference. I do think labor was slightly overpriced, but it is an Infiniti after all and the level of service makes up for that. I also got my vehicle back faster than I expected and I really appreciated that.
