Tech come out ask what was going on. I explained to him it didn’t seem like it was getting cool enough he told me to turn the air down 10degrees he checked the Freon and said it was ok he asked about my filter I told him when I changed it I gave him another one and he changed it. That was it he never come in the home to check the temperature or the thermostat. Took my pay and that was it

I received a text message informing me that Jose was on his way to my home and would be the tech servicing my HVAC unit today. He arrived on time and introduced himself. He put covers on his shoes before entering my home and went right to work. As he finished h showed me pics of everything he observed with my unit and then explained All that he did during the service. Excellent service!
