I should’ve allowed the technician free to do what he suggested as the first course of action..(him being a master plumber..)I wanted him to crawl under the house because I was sure that was where the problem was..Nope!.. it was as he suggested to begin with.. the fridge water intake for (ice maker that we don’t have).. it was leaking a lot and a long time!

The tech, while adequate at his job, was terrible at his clumsy attempts to upsell. I'm sure it's a big part of their jobs nowadays, but I am not interested in being told my electricity in the country was "unreliable" and "wavy". This was the reason given for wanting to put a hard-start on the compressor. A one-year old compressor, mind you. Got the problem resolved.
Raymond was very professional and personable. He listened to my concerns and then went to work on figuring what was going on. Once he was done with his analysis and work, Raymond showed me a video of what was going on. He explained what I was seeing and what it meant for the performance of my unit. Then Raymond provided me with a game plan with three options. I felt no pressure at any time and was grateful for Raymond’s professional advice.
Tech come out ask what was going on. I explained to him it didn’t seem like it was getting cool enough he told me to turn the air down 10degrees he checked the Freon and said it was ok he asked about my filter I told him when I changed it I gave him another one and he changed it. That was it he never come in the home to check the temperature or the thermostat. Took my pay and that was it
