I had an emergency situation with my air conditioner and called in at night to have service the next day. Ray showed up the next morning and determined that the fan blower motor had burned up. He said he would see if they could find a new motor, but it might take a day or two. Fortunately a new blower was located the same day and Ray came out in the afternoon and replaced the blower. I’ve got a 24 year old unit that quit working yesterday. I thought it had gone-out for good. Infinity had it up and running in less than 5 minutes. Ray didn’t just fix it—he spent time educating me on how to avoid this issue in the future. Outstanding service and experience!!
