I appreciate the level of professionalism exhibited by Infinity Air, from the initial set up with customer service, to the reminders by text and email and finally, to the service call by Raymond. The service center called before my scheduled appt time to offer an earlier appt, which I was not able to use but I did appreciate. The problem was solved efficiently and in a friendly manner by Raymond.
