I received a text message informing me that Jose was on his way to my home and would be the tech servicing my HVAC unit today. He arrived on time and introduced himself. He put covers on his shoes before entering my home and went right to work. As he finished h showed me pics of everything he observed with my unit and then explained All that he did during the service. Excellent service!
The technician was personable and informative! He did an awesome job explaining what we should do to get the best service from our unit!
