This company is a scam…1st time the guy was 2 hours later came after 5 said he was late cause he had to stop and get gas had on a plan Tshirt fat sloppy…I didn’t let him service my until the 2nd guy came I needed a pan and a pvc 1.00 part he broke my pipe and caused my pan to start dripping inside my house 2 hours after he left I called for the manager and the ceo and the district manage some guy got on the phone by the name of David he’s the owner the ceo and everything and they was nothing they couple are would so at all t... read more

Completely unprofessional. Nobody showed up to the appointment. Wasted 3 hours of my time. Called the office and the informed me that the agent was on his way. Waited and waited but he never showed up. I am so glad this happened before I got a new system from you. It just shows that your employees lie and nobody really knows what are they doing. There should be an option for “ZERO “ stars on this survey.
