I gave three stars because it was same-day service. Otherwise, I called to ask how much it would cost to replace a fill valve because I knew what was wrong with the toilet. I was told over the phone that it would cost $85 just to do an assessment. I had someone come anyway because it was same-day service and I was tired of it leaking.
