I always get almost immediate service when I call in to pay my bill, and get treated courtesy.
We have great internet when it's good but it does have to be reset 3-4 times a week when it's not running very well

Absolutely wonderful service. You have been my great provider for many years and helped men quickly and promptly all through our association.
It's the cheapest service around, and that's exactly what I get. There are frequent outages and that's OK. if I was using this service for work, it would not work out, but I'm retired and there's no rush!
