I always get almost immediate service when I call in to pay my bill, and get treated courtesy.

It's the cheapest service around, and that's exactly what I get. There are frequent outages and that's OK. if I was using this service for work, it would not work out, but I'm retired and there's no rush!

Hayden was extremely helpful and caring. He recognized my problems in not being able to reach the needed equipment. He went the extra mile to see that I got the help that I needed. Steve came by as the tech to get me up and going and did it right away. He was professional and caring.
