This was a nice hotel and it had an awesome view. We booked this hotel later and showed up about 10 minutes later and they were friendly and still able to fit us in. The staff was always smiling and very friendly.

The motel is only a short walk from downtown and around the corner from "Star" the reindeer. The restaurant is good but a bit pricey. The cafe breakfast is quick and easy and pretty good value. The motel is looking tired, and the room was a bit smokey.

Very nice. I liked being able to open the windows in the room. The lounge downstairs offered a nice but small menu to get lunch or dinner

I always love to stay here with friends when i make trips down to Anchorage. My only real gripe would be 1- I wish the bar was open later during the week. Not just the weekends. We are here on vaycation- would have been nice to check out the bar for once. And 2- newer televisions in the future please? Where it wasn't a deal breaker the old TV static ring would have been nice to not have. Either way this hotel is always nice to stay at, wonderfully located and always kind staff.
