We came and asked for a cart to get our fish boxes on, the lady who checked us in was not very nice and had to be prompted several times for the cart. We got our room and it smelled like smoke, so we requested a different one and she was much nicer about that. We got a better and bigger room.

This place is a good value and in a good location for walking around downtown.

One bedroom suite was not worth the extra $$$. Mattress was old, no utensils in kitchen and right next to the elevator that we heard grind up and down all night. Second elevator was not working which made for long delays to get to the room on the 15th floor.

Great location, very close to downtown Anchorage and close to two major roads to get you to south or east Anchorage quick. Rooms are nice, clean and have kitchenettes in them. Great views from the upper floors
