Friendly staff and across the street from a health foodie grocery store. The property definitely needs updating and we did not have room freshening or fresh towels on Sunday.

Most of the staff were very friendly. The rooms are dated for sure, but provided plenty of space. The bed was awful. It had a big sag in the middle. The water in the shower took a long time to warm up and didn’t get very hot. The hotel shuttle did not pick us up at the airport. We called as soon as we were ready to go, and then another 3 times. After waiting an hour, I called the hotel and asked them to provide a taxi as we had waited long enough. The hotel did reimburse for the taxi with no issue. I don’t know what went wro... read more

Staff was excellent at check-in, outside appearances was very inviting and clean. As tou come into the lobby, you get a true feel of old Alaska. The room was spacious, however the room was outdated, but nice.
