It is a tall tower, which is the reason I booked it. I requested a room on a high floor, three months prior to my stay. When we got there, we were placed on the third floor. The place was fine, but I was disappointed.

The furniture was very old n antique. Only breakfast was good.

It was a great place to stay before a cruise. The staff was great and they had a shuttle from the airport. The room was dated but fine for the price.

Some staff at reception was pleasant, some need customer service training. They were very short and not helpful. I understand they were busy, but they can be more helpful and assist customers. This was true of the restaurent on the property. Restaurant had one server who was so stressed that that negative energy made others not Want to be there. Some customers even left. Food took an hour to arrive after wating to order.
