Ion Solar The installation went well and they even did some repairs on the roof for me. The biggest issue is getting all the inspections and paperwork done (which they handled mostly).
Excellent overall From day one Our experience with ION solar has been unbelievable, our solar were installed within two weeks after signing “way faster than expected “. We did have an issue with the way our panels were displayed in the app, we contacted Tim our sales representative and he quickly resolve our issue, took the time to answer our questions immediately. Best decision we made thanks to his great customer service and knowledge.
Great System and Great People! I had ION Solar install a system on my house in Aurora, CO two years ago and they were great then. The system performed as expected and truly did replace our electric bill. Only the hottest days exceeded what the system could produce. We moved to Greeley at the end of November so when they stopped by, it was probably their easiest sell on the block. Hard to say no when it works so well! Extremely pleased with the service and ease of installation From the initial sales presentation to the final installation and performance checks the ION Solar team did a fantastic job. They were right on target with their planned dates and they took care of all the details. They worked with the Town, my HOA and my Electric provider so that I had very little to do. We are very happy with our system.
Les Smith Working with Les Smith made the purchase of my solar panels a pleasant experience. Les was very knowledgeable about the product and presented it to where I knew this was the right direction to move in. Great experience I knew nothing about Solar, the costs and installation process. After my initial meetings I felt very comfortable and all my questions were answered. Once I decided to move forward the process was so simple. I was always aware of what was happening and the timing associated with it. It was great experience.
