Process took less than 3 months! Mariana, our sales rep was awesome and very informative. Permits were handled quickly and installation happened without delays. Overall the process took less than 3 months.

Good Choice! After speaking with several solar companies I decided to go with ION Solar. I received periodic updates about the project which was great. Install day went very smoothly and the installers were great!
Very Impressive Company Dean Rolle and his team were extremely helpful and professional from beginning to end. The process was a lot simpler than I expected, and I have already started sharing my experience with my friends and family. The ION team was prompt and professional, and the installation was quick. ION Exceeded our Expectations We knew when we moved to Las Vegas that it'd be an ideal location to have solar installed on our home. Glad I Signed Up for ION Solar I was not sure solar panels were for me. After talking with a family member who has used solar panels for about 7 years, I decided to invest. The sales rep was very helpful and provided all the information I needed to make a decision. After the install and operation of the system, I was able to save about 30% in my first month electric bill. Happy I made the decision to install these panels and thankful for all the information provided to me by ION.
Overall, I had a great experience with Ion through installation, but that all went downhill after installation and when Kylee took over as my project coordinator. After the county inspected the work, it took over a month and a few angry phone calls to get her to provide me any update on the project (Dec 14 - Jan 16).
