Ty Seguin - Best Sales Rep Ever! I typically don't listen to door-to-door salesmen but Ty showed up for Ion Solar and IMPRESSED me immediately! Super knowledgeable, not pushy, and very charismatic. He walked me through the entire process and even worked with the electric company to move things along. I am so happy with my panels and the AMAZING customer service I still receive after-install.
Not sure I’ll be saving money yet but the overall experience was good so far.

Overall pleased Overall we are pleased with our installation of solar panels with Ion Solar. There were a few bumps on the path but we are finished and happy with the result. Some of the issues were normal issues of finding pieces and parts as well as a mistake on Ion's part. Ion did make the mistake right and we are pleased with our final install.
WHY HAVEN'T YOU GONE SOLAR!? My wife and I just moved into a new home in Castle Rock and amongst the many things we are upgrading we have always had an interest in getting solar panels installed. The nice thing with being in a new home is the sales come to you! A gentleman stopped the house one day and mentioned they were installing solar panels in the neighborhood with NO UPFRONT COSTS and they can lock in a rate instead of paying a fluctuating electric bill. Excellent experience The entire process was smooth and easy. My consultant, Eric Fox, was thorough in explaining the entire process and kept in communication. Throughout the entire process, I received regular updates as to the project status. The installation team even notified me of a maintenance issue on my roof that needed attention and had me get up on my flat roof so they could point out what they saw. Excellent experience and I've been producing electricity for 3 weeks now without any issues.

Such a wonderful experience We have nothing but great things to say when Tyler came to our door he was so polite and informative..we then sat down and were given all the information needed to make a decision..was a no brainer…but from that time to installation and turn on was seamless …
