M ION Solar did the entire job from specifications through installation. The local project manager, Selena, kept me informed of the project status throughout. They proved to be quite a team. Nate explained the financials. The guy with the red beard lead the installation team. They even painted the conduit to match the house. There were people I never communicated with that handled the permitting and inspections. The hardware and software are top rate. Maybe my best experience with a project of this complexity. Well done.
Professional and great communicators! ION is great! They explained every step of the install and didn’t leave us in the dark during the installation process at all! They did a fantastic job serving as liaison between us and the electric company and our HOA as we completed the project. And our sales rep, Jason was always reachable by call or text to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process! Highly recommend!

It has been an easy experience from the moment we signed our con The easy process and the ability to get a loan to pay for the panels to be installed. Plus that our electric company will work with us with the monitoring.

Great company and fast completion I was very skeptical about doing this but sales rep Jimmy Germany set down with my wife and I and explained everything in detail. I'm impressed with the great customer service provided by all I received regularly updates from start to finish by the team...Susan, Maritza and Kolton.
