Great customer service! The ION Energy Consultant was very knowledgeable and provided a detailed description of the solar system installation. He did not try to convince me to buy, but gave me the information needed to make up my mind.

Excelente Great opportunity for save money in the future
Great Service It took a little under 2 months between getting my initial quotes to having my system turned on. I had some issues with communication early on when they changed my project manager a couple times, but other than that it went smoothly. Lorrente M (my project manager) did a great job and was prompt about keeping me up to date and answering my questions. Mike M was very helpful in getting the system design I wanted and setting everything up initially. I'm happy with my overall experience.
Great service and expert install We just had our solar panels installed today and they look great! The process was seamless and they were quick to deliver. I never had to call Ion, they always called me first and kept me in the loop. They had an app that allows you to track the progress through the installation. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the whole process was. We took the loan at 2.99% and 0 down and we look forward to being off the grid. From the sales to the install, everything has gone so smoothly, professional, courteous, understanding, accommodating, so much better then my house buying process.
