Stellar Experience! We had a stellar experience with ION Solar! From start to finish, they communicated every step of the way and answered all of our questions. Our installers was fantastic! Timely, friendly, neat and efficient. Everything went as we were told it would go. Our system is officially generating power as of today! #gogreen

Great with a small hiccup Everything has been fantastic so far, with the exception of a design change to the layout of panels on our roof that has delayed our system getting turned on by a few weeks. Make sure the site assessment takes into account the location of the pipes and features on the roof. Other than that, service has been great. Can't wait to get our system up and running, especially as we head into June when our production potential will be at its greatest.

Great look..very attractive equipment I chose Ion because of the way they took the time, from the beginning well before the installation to explain exactly how the equipment works and how it would save me money.
My first experience is my best experience I partnered with the ION family. In every step of the process I had a resource to turn to when I had questions. Eddie took time to call me and explain the electrical interconnections and the flow of power from the array into the home. My concerns over construction details were addressed promptly from Doug. Very polite and professional From the very start, when they knocked on our door to talk about solar energy, everyone has been very polite and professional. From the initial visit to a follow up visit to installation, everyone explained what was happening and answered any and all questions we had. We are very pleased with their service.
