ION Solar is a great company Most of the people I worked with was great. Brian, sales rep: He was awesome. Always available to answer questions. Very helpful. Recommended him to 2 friends. Ion Solar was very easy to work with! We chose Ion solar because we felt they were providing an excellent product. Our project manager, Erik Jackson was always available to answer any questions we had and was excellent with communicating with us during the project. The whole process with Ion Solar was easy!

So far, seamless would be the word I would use to describe ION To date. ION Solar has provided me and my family with the upmost courtesy and professionalism. The 'A-Team' Michelle, John, Cody and Marcus came to my house and installed 28 panels on my roof and let me tell you, they were flawless in their ability to work together to get the job done. Bravo!
Customer service Excellent customer service and complete follow through with the staff at ION Solar. System looks real good, waiting for power company to install meter and start making electricity. Project manager keeps a close eye on progress and keeps you informed. There are other entities involved in the process but the manager deals with them. Great company.

Joshua was excellent! I had an appointment with Joshua here in hutto. He was excellent in the way he explained solar to me. I had another company come out and Joshua's presentation blew them out of the water! Not only that but, he seemed to have a ton of knowledge and was able to answer all of my questions! Ion solar is a great company and i cannot wait to go solar with them.
