4 hour installation is weeks. Terrible service 4 hour installation is not done weeks later. They keep forgetting to get it inspected. installation team left gate open allowing my dog to escape. Would recommend a professional team not a corporation that cares less like Lorrente and Ion

Zero customer service The initial install went ok but months later the system still is not functional. I've called several times with no response and often times the phone isn't even answered.
Panels work - customer service and installation problems Ion was initially quick to answer and return calls and come to the house to help me. Once I decided to go with them and signed the contract, I was unable to reach them via phone again and none of my several voicemails were returned. Wrong install kit and zero onsite management of install I had to wait several months for the permit and engineering issues to be resolved. Several hours of my time wasted on the phone with the engineers and remeasuring my roof. The install was finally scheduled. When the install kit arrived, it was incomplete. Short about 50% of the necessary electrical components, wrong install kit for my roof, and zero fasteners to attach anything to my roof. Quick and painless process I got an email from an old friend saying to look into Ion solar. I agreed to have a sales consultation but I thought I wouldn't get solar because I have a fairly low electric bill. The sales person was straight forwarded in showing me how I could actually save money if I financed a system. He also was not pushy about the sale. The sales guys left to let me think about it. Salesmen lie-LIEN ON HOME! DON'T GET SOLAR! Yea, Solar panels are great. However what the scammy salesman say to get a sale is pathetic. I had William Creech at my door selling solar, and I liked the idea of it. They were pretty good with explaining panels, getting estimates etc.. Stay away Customer service is non-exsisting, design is way below our needs. Have gotten quotes from 2 other companies and the designs are 4 times larger. Can never get a hold of anyone except the receptionist. My advice... look elsewhere for your solar needs
Got a compass? I was informed that the site surveyor sized the North side of my roof. Not the South side. This is very unprofessional and makes me worry about the competency of the company as a whole. When I was called about the error I asked if the designs were reviewed by a licensed electrician. The representative mentioned that he didn't know the details of the process and didn't know if a signature was even required.
