Ice machine broke on 8th floor, South Tower, and cigarette butts throughout Garage First floor area. Why smoking in casino? Otherwise, 4 out 5 star venue.

The room was very nice and clean. I really like the North Tower, its a step up from the South Tower. Nothing wrong when we have stayed in the South rooms, our North Tower room had a big walk in shower with the King bed. Only thing that could have made the stay perfect would be to fix the 2 out of 3 elevators that were down. One elevator for 12 floors makes for very long waits.
