The hotel was very nice and clean. The waiter we had in the restaurant was very nice and personable.

I called to hotel prior to our arrival to request a rollaway bed. When we checked into our room, there was no rollaway bed in the room. We went to the front desk to inquire about the rollaway bed. They said they would get one in our room. However, when they check to room they gave us, they said we would have to change rooms because the room they gave us was not up to code for a rollaway. Staff at hotel and casino were great. Very helpful had answers to our questions. I wouldn't waste my time on the upscale restaurant Kellers, had reservations for 6:30pm. Hostess was busy talking to another staff member and we had to wait several minutes more, even after a waitress told her we were waiting. Then she takes us to our table and says our waitress will be right there to take care of us. Mind you we made reservation early before they got busy for a reason.
