Kellers steakhouse was very good

The rooms were fine, but our air conditioning was not working properly. Didn't discover until later in the evening so it was very warm trying to sleep. Notified staff at front desk the next morning and they just said thanks for letting us know. Tried to make a cup of coffee in the morning and there were only plastic water cups in the room. Had to get dressed to go downstairs to get coffee. Not major things, but for the price I would expect the basic things to be working and available.

Casino has a smoke problem. Room had an issue with water temperature. No cold. Tub could have poached chicken it was so hot. 2 night stay and no housekeeping for garbage pick up. Staff was extremely pleasant.

Staff was so nice check in!!! Room was so clean and perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets were so soft.

The casino was fun. I went with a couple of friends and had lots of fun. The only down side was that the rooms had microwave

Because this is attached to a Casino, the first thing you smell when walking in is smoke. At least the rooms are away from the Casino but you will smell it all the way to the elevators. The rooms were nothing special but the bathroom was not cleaned. There was pee stains all around the bottom of the toilet. Gross
