Every employee was so nice and helpful. Check in was easy and fast. Used the kiosk for checkout , that was even faster and easier. We ate at the little Keller’s Cafe. Adorable and delicious. Thanks for a great experience

Kellers steakhouse was very good

The rooms were fine, but our air conditioning was not working properly. Didn't discover until later in the evening so it was very warm trying to sleep. Notified staff at front desk the next morning and they just said thanks for letting us know. Tried to make a cup of coffee in the morning and there were only plastic water cups in the room. Had to get dressed to go downstairs to get coffee. Not major things, but for the price I would expect the basic things to be working and available.

Casino has a smoke problem. Room had an issue with water temperature. No cold. Tub could have poached chicken it was so hot. 2 night stay and no housekeeping for garbage pick up. Staff was extremely pleasant.

Staff was so nice check in!!! Room was so clean and perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets were so soft.
